MrBikeMan buys qualifying used bicycles and sells used bicycles. This page explains the general policy; any written transaction terms provided for a specific bicycle control that transaction.

When MrBikeMan buys your bicycle

After a bicycle has been inspected, accepted, and paid for, the purchase is generally final. Before payment, tell us promptly if the bicycle, ownership, condition, or included equipment differs materially from the information submitted. We will review the situation and any remedy required by applicable law.

When you buy a bicycle from MrBikeMan

Used bicycles are sold as used and are generally final-sale purchases unless a written listing or order term says otherwise. Ask questions and review the bicycle before completing the purchase. Contact us promptly about a material problem so we can review it.

Appointments and services

An appointment request is not a completed purchase. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, use your private Seller Panel or contact MrBikeMan. Pickup, repair, rental, and other service arrangements may have separate terms shown when you request them.
